We have been finding a lot of termite activity this year during our home inspections in Knoxville TN this year. We have jumped our termite inspections up a lot from last year. Finding damage in a home before it becomes a major problem is a very important p[art of a Home inspectors job. It amazes me haw many Home inspectors in TN do not do these inspections. Finding problems for our clients to allow for repairs before they take position of hteir new homw is on of the main concerns for Home inspectors.

Today is the last day to be
Today is the last day to be doing a home inspection in east tennessee during Agust. September we hope is going to be a really good month, things have been slow in the home inspection business but the termite inspections are really a growing part of our business now. Lets hope the double dip in the Real Estate market is just a scare and doesn't hit around here, It appers the market is coming back in other parts of the country. I talk with other home inspectors all over the country and they say home inspections are picking up.

We are already into the
We are already into the middle of summer and the home inspection industry is doing pretty good for us. Home inspectors all over the country are having a hard time because the Real Estate market is so weak. Almost of our home inspections we are are doing radon tests on them. Our out of state customers also really like our free pest controls along with our termite inspections provided at only $35 during the inspection.
